The present invention relates to a method for making a cloisonne craft and a cloisonne craft made thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for making a cloisonne craft based on metals, ceramics or stones, the method comprising the steps of: (1) forming a substrate layer made of metals, ceramics or stones; (2) mixing paste-type silver clay with cloisonne powder in a weight ratio of 1 : 1-1.5 to form a silver clay-cloisonne powder composition; (3) forming a decorative layer on the formed substrate layer with the composition by using a brush, to produce a first structure; (4) drying moisture off of the first structure and heating the same at a temperature of 740-780 Celsius degrees to be baked, to produce a second structure; (5) mixing water and cloisonne powder, agitating the mixture sufficiently, and decanting the water therefrom to remove impurities, to thereby pretreat the cloisonne powder and produce a water-cloisonne powder mixture; (6) forming a cloisonne layer on the surface of the second structure with the pretreated water-cloisonne powder mixture, to produce a third structure; and (7) drying moisture off of the third structure and heating the same at a temperature of 740-780 Celsius degrees to be baked, to produce a fourth structure.
