The present invention relates to an analysis method capable of quantitatively evaluating medicinal effect of a compound, which hinders activation or activates target protein enzymes, in a molecule level by acting to the target protein enzymes based on inkjet printing. The method according to the present invention can calculate a mol number of materials printed according to kinds and density of the compound by quantitatively measuring a volume of reacted articles generated when a substrate, dye materials, medicine candidate materials and enzymes are included in an inkjet printer cartridge. Therefore, the quantitative medicinal effect evaluation method according to the present invention can be used usefully in analysis and evaluation of medicinal effect since carrying out quantitative analysis accurately and rapidly despite use of test materials less than those of a conventional method.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
