A covering machine of the present invention comprises: a core yarn supply part including a core yarn bobbin and supplying core yarn; a guide part guiding the core yarn; a primary covering part comprising a primary covering yarn bobbin with primary covering yarn wound thereon, inserted into a rail, and a primary covering spindle penetrated by the core yarn, of which tension is controlled by the guide part, to perform primary covering by winding the primary covering yarn supplied from the primary covering yarn bobbin on the penetrating core yarn; a primary spindle rotating part rotating the primary covering spindle; a first frame to which the primary spindle rotating part is fixed; a primary balun guide guiding the primarily covered core yarn; a tension control part for applying tension to the guided primarily covered core yarn; a secondary covering part comprising a secondary covering yarn bobbin with secondary covering yarn wound thereon, inserted into the rail, and a secondary covering spindle penetrated by the primarily covered core yarn to perform secondary covering by winding the secondary covering yarn supplied from the secondary covering yarn bobbin on the primarily covered core yarn; a secondary spindle rotating part rotating the secondary covering spindle of the secondary covering part; a second frame to which the secondary spindle rotating part is fixed to be rotatable, and including a tension control part; a secondary balun guide guiding the secondarily covered core yarn; and a covering yarn winding part winding the guided secondarily covered core yarn.
