The present invention relates to a calculation index for calculating an amount of a wastewater treatment agent to be introduced; a calculation method for an amount of a wastewater treatment agent to be introduced using the calculation index; a wastewater treatment method for treating wastewater by introducing a wastewater treatment agent calculated by the calculation method into wastewater; and a wastewater treatment apparatus which treats wastewater by calculating an amount of a wastewater treatment agent to be introduced according to the calculation method. More specifically, the calculation index according to the present invention is a calculation index for calculating the amount of a wastewater treatment agent to be introduced in wastewater derived from a process of cutting and pelletizing a polymer with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 150C; and includes a first index which is a concentration of a surfactant component contained in the wastewater; and includes a second index which has a concentration of the wastewater treatment agent as a y axis, a concentration of the surfactant component as an x axis, and includes a linear function between concentrations of the wastewater and the surfactant component for each predetermined value of wastewater treatment level.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
