The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a porous ceramic material for a functional ceramic-polymer composite film. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a porous ceramic material for a functional ceramic-polymer composite film comprises the step of: (A) physically grinding a ceramic material; and (B) chemically acid-treating the ground ceramic material, and to a porous ceramic material manufactured by the method.
