The present invention provides an LED lighting device comprising: a heat sink having a PCB substrate having a first convection hole formed in the center thereof, multiple LED devices mounted on one surface of the PCB substrate, and a flat plate having an upper surface which is the same as the PCB substrate to surface-contact the rear surface of the PCB substrate, wherein the surface extended from the upper surface of the flat plate is bent downward to form a shade shape, and a second convection hole corresponding to the first convection hole of the PCB substrate is formed at the center of the flat plate to allow the flat plate part to be bolted to the rear surface of the PCB substrate; a transparent cover which is combined with the lower surface of the heat sink to protect the LED device and PCB substrate from the outside by forming a third convection hole in the center to correspond to the first convective hole of the PCB substrate; a light transmitting holder which is combined with the inner bottom of the cover and accommodates each of a plurality of LED devices mounted on the PCB substrate; a power case which is arranged across the center of the upper surface of the heat sink to supply power to the LED device and is coupled to be spaced apart from the convection hole of the heat sink by having both side ends bent downward to prevent the convection hole of the heat sink from being blocked; and an installation bracket which is hinge-coupled to both sides of the upper end of the power case and adjusts an angle.
