The present invention relates to a method for judging the insurance suitability of an insurance contract based on an insurance policy, an apparatus thereof, and a system thereof. The method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: receiving a policy content of the insurance policy corresponding to the insurance contract from a user terminal; determining an application clause information corresponding to the insurance contract among at least one or more clause information stored in a previously related clause information database by using the inputted policy content; judging the insurance suitability of the insurance contract based on the determined application clause information and the inputted policy content; and providing the determination result of the insurance suitability of the insurance contract to the user terminal. Accordingly, the present invention can judge the insurance suitability of the insurance contract and receive an analysis result of the insurance contract based on an insurance expert.
