The present invention relates to a subminiature medical electron accelerator. The subminiature medical electron accelerator includes an acceleration tube for receiving RF power from an RF power coupler, and a cathode which is in contact with the acceleration tube and emits an electron by the RF power inputted to the acceleration tube. The structure of the electron accelerator can be simple by removing a power supply to apply a high voltage to the cathode and the electron accelerator can be manufactured in a small size.
