The present invention relates to an earthquake resistant type building construction structure using basalt tiles that is configured to allow a building to be constructed on a lower plate on which first tile members are fixedly attached and an upper plate placed on the lower plate and having second tile members fixedly attached to the underside thereof, so that upon the occurrence of earthquake, the upper plate slidingly moves on the lower plate by means of the first tile members and the second tile members to allow horizontal vibrations to be partially offset, thereby minimizing the damages applied to the building. According to the present invention, the earthquake resistant type building construction structure using basalt tiles includes: a lower plate located on the ground excavated; first tile members fixedly attached to top of the lower plate and made of a basalt material; an upper plate placed on top of the first tile members and having the same shape as the lower plate in such a manner as to allow the building to be constructed on top thereof; and second tile members fixedly attached to the underside of the upper plate in such a manner as to be surface-contacted with the first tile members and made of a basalt material, so that upon the occurrence of earthquake, the second tile members slidingly move together with the first tile members to allow vibrations transferred to the building to be damped.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
