The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis comprising a compound exhibiting Leukotriene B4 receptor 2(BLT2)-inhibitory activity, an isomer thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as active ingredients. The present inventors have experimentally confirmed excellent chemotaxis inhibitory effect and atopic dermatitis treatment effect of the compound exhibiting BTL2-inhibitory activity, and thus the compound of the present invention is expected to be useful as the pharmaceutical composition for treating the atopic dermatitis.
