The present invention relates to a shopping mall having a product price adjusted by a customer evaluation, which is to enable each member who purchases a specific product to evaluate a corresponding product or a corresponding product seller, as a customer, and to adjust a price of a product on sale in a shopping mall by the corresponding product seller on the basis of an evaluation result. In addition, a seller who sells a product to each member, also evaluates each member who purchases the product therefrom, and an application level of rights or benefits (e.g., the adjustment of a product discount rate or discount price, an offer of a coupon, an offer of mileages or points, an offer of a favor or free gift, and the adjustment of a membership grade) in which each member can be received as a shopping mall member, should be reasonably limited or adjusted based on the evaluation result. Therefore, (1) a price of a product which is excessively higher or lower than an actually provided quality and service, is gradually adjusted to an appropriate level, and a fair transaction can be performed. Also, (2) an application level of rights or benefits in which a corresponding member can be received as a shopping mall member, should be adjusted based on an evaluation for a member who purchases a product, thereby inducing members to more desirably have a manner and an etiquette, and constructing a shopping mall culture to enable all members to have a fair and reasonable transaction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
