The present invention relates to an agricultural material using active ingredients of raw rice wine lees. According to one aspect of the present invention, a method of extracting active ingredients of raw rice wine lees comprises the steps of: preparing lees by using raw rice wine; mixing the lees with ethanol having the same weight as that of the lees in a container to obtain a mixture; fermenting the mixture while stirring the mixture at room temperature of 18 to 25°C for 3 to 4 days; leaving alone the mixture passing through the fermentation step for 10 to 12 hours to separate the lees and an ethanol mixture; filtering the ethanol mixture that is a supernatant of the mixture by using a filter paper to obtain a filtered ethanol mixture; and distilling the filtered ethanol mixture in a vacuum evaporator having a water tank of 45 to 55°C installed therein to extract the active ingredients of the lees. The present invention relates to a method of applying the active ingredients of the raw rice wine lees to the growth of plants and fruits in the fruiting season since the extracted active ingredients can be applied to various agricultural materials using the same by easily extracting the active ingredients from the lees, i.e., a residue of Makgeolli (rice wine) which is left after the rice wine is drained, according to the above-mentioned method.
