MULTI OMNI-DIRECTIONAL CAMERA AND MICROPHONE-BASED VIRTUAL REALITY PROVIDING METHOD AND ACOUSTIC SIGNAL PROCESSING APPARATUS AND IMAGE SIGNAL PROCESSING APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING SAME
A multi omni-directional camera and microphone-based virtual reality providing method, and an acoustic signal processing apparatus and an image signal processing apparatus for performing the same are disclosed. The virtual reality providing method includes the steps of: acquiring acoustic signals for a plurality of sound sources from a plurality of acoustic signal acquiring devices which exist at different recording positions in a recording space; determining a direction of each sound source with respect to the positions of the acoustic signal acquiring devices using the acoustic signal; matching the acoustic signal by the same sound source; determining coordinates on the recording space of the sound sources using the matched acoustic signal; and generating an acoustic signal corresponding to a virtual position of the acoustic signal acquiring device in the recording space by using the determined coordinates on the recording space of the sound sources and the matched acoustic signal.
