According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for managing a standardization tool inventory comprises: a tool manufacturer server providing manufacturing information of a tool; a tool complex code management server generating a tool complex code for standardizing and identifying the manufacturing method of the tool, and providing the tool complex code to the tool manufacturer server; and a plurality of sale management intermediation terminals selling and managing the tool to which the tool complex code is assigned. The plurality of sale management intermediation terminals share inventory management information of the tool recorded in each terminal by interworking with the tool complex code management server. The tool complex code management server regenerates a source code (information) of a non-standardized tool provided from the plurality of sale management intermediation terminals as the tool complex code and standardizes attribute information in the source code (information).
