According to one embodiment of the present invention, a current supplying apparatus can generate a current which does not change according to the temperature by using a differential voltage increasing as the temperature increases and a resistance circuit increasing a composite resistance value as the temperature increases. The current supply apparatus can use an FET operating in a region below threshold to reduce power consumption. The current supply apparatus supplies the current using a ratio between the composite resistance value and the differential voltage of the resistance circuit, so a current independent of the temperature with a temperature change irrespective of a production process can be generated.
