A current supply device according to an embodiment of the present invention can generate a current that does not change with temperature by using a resistance circuit in which a combined resistance value increases as a differential voltage and a temperature that increase as the temperature increases have. The current supply can use a fully differential structure to generate a differential voltage that is independent of the supply voltage. The current supply device can use FETs operating in sub-threshold regions to reduce power consumption. The current supply device supplies the current using the ratio between the combined resistance value of the resistance circuit and the differential voltage, so that it is possible to generate the temperature independent current with the temperature change irrespective of the production process.
