According to the present invention, a mobility-aware vehicle-to-grid (V2G) control system is disclosed. The mobility-aware V2G control system includes a V2G aggregator collecting information on a state of charge (SOC) from an electric vehicle (EV). In addition, the mobility-aware V2G control system further includes a controller collecting, from the V2G aggregator, the SOC information and power profile information on a micro grid (MG) to which the EV belongs, configuring a policy table for charge and discharge, based on the collected SOC and the power profile information, and transmitting the configured policy table to the V2G aggregator; and charges or discharges the EV according to the policy table based on the SOC and the power profile information, thereby improving the autonomy of a micro grid system.
