The present invention relates to a purification method of a soil contaminated with heavy metals using fagopyrum esculentum. Fagopyrum esculentum is planted in a soil contaminated with cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu) and lead (Pb), thereby significantly reducing all concentrations of the heavy metals in the soil and checking that an absorption rate of the heavy metals in a plant body increases.
