PCA Method and system for extracting core factor using Principal Component Analysis in manufacturing process

The present invention relates to a method for extracting a core factor in a core factor extracting system to extract a core factor in a manufacturing process. The method comprises the following steps: extracting a main component for each manufacturing process through a principal component analysis (PCA); analyzing the extracted main component, and storing an analyzed result in a database; extracting a core factor for each manufacturing process in a descending order of result values; and displaying the extracted core factor on a screen. According to the present invention, the core factor of the manufacturing process can be easily drawn by using the PCA.
