A task scheduling method in a multi-core embedded system and an apparatus thereof are provided. In the multi-core embedded system using a plurality of cores, a job allocation message including job information to be performed from a second core is received at an idle time after a job to be performed by a first core is performed, and a job corresponding to the job information included in the job allocation message is performed.
