A stretchable substrate according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base layer which is stretchable along a first direction and includes a plurality of concave patterns defined, and a plurality of rigid patterns arranged in each of the concave patterns. Each of the rigid patterns has first rigid patterns which include a first upper surfaces, a first lower surface opposed to the first upper surface and having an area smaller than that of the first upper surface, and a first connecting surface connecting the first upper surface and the first lower surface; and first rigid patterns which include a second upper surface, second lower surface opposed to the second upper surface and having an area smaller than that of the second upper surface, and a second connecting surface connecting the second upper surface and the second lower surface. The first rigid patterns and the second rigid patterns are alternately disposed along a first direction.
