The rainfall radar automatic format conversion and 3D visualization system comprises: a format conversion part (100) which receives rainfall radar data from an external source, applies color by step according to a preset legend standard, and then automatically converts resolution into a predetermined extension; a three-dimensional implementation part (200) which receives the rainfall radar data format-converted in the format conversion part (100) and converts the rainfall radar data into implementation data capable of three-dimensional visualization by merging with geographic information system (GIS) providing data transmitted from the external source.
