The present invention relates to a precast concrete (PC) deck plate with reinforced attachment and shear performance for a structure, to improve bonding force between a body and topping concrete. According to the present invention, the PC deck plate comprises: the body formed in a plain plate shape; and a plurality of shear connection members increasing the bonding force between the body and the topping concrete deposited on the body in a construction site, and installed to resist horizontal and vertical shear stress between the body and the topping concrete, wherein a portion of the shear connection member protrudes to the upper side of the body and the remaining portion is buried and installed inside the body. Groove parts including a contact area with the topping concrete, spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval in the lateral direction of the body to reduce the weight of the body, and extended in the longitudinal direction of the body are formed on the upper surface of the body, wherein a relative ratio of the lateral direction of the upper side of the groove part with respect to the length of the upper surface of the body between the neighboring groove parts is greater than zero and less than 0.4, and the relative ratio of the depth length of the groove part with respect to the height length of the body is greater than zero and less than 0.5.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
