The present invention relates to a bryan retractor capable of spraying and discharging a cleaning solution toward an affected area. The bryan retractor comprises: a towing part having a guide tube extending in the longitudinal direction therein; a grasping part located at a distal part of the towing part, and fluidly coupling one end part of the guide tube to an inflow tube for supplying the cleaning solution; and a hook part located at a proximal part of the towing part, and having a chamber which is formed on an inner part and is fluidly coupled to the other end part of the guide tube and a central spraying hole and multiple spraying holes which are punched in the thickness direction from a lower surface of the chamber.
