The present invention provides a method for providing reading learning based on an image capable of providing a reading learning program by using a phoneme learning image corresponding to a word including a learning target phoneme. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for providing reading learning based on an image comprises the following steps of: receiving learning selection from a user, and displaying a test text or a test image based on the input learning selection; deriving the learning target phoneme based on a voice input from the user and a learning record of the user by corresponding to the displayed test text and the text image; and providing the reading learning program by using the phoneme learning image corresponding to the word including the derived learning target phoneme.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
