摘要

The present invention relates to a high-sensitive biosensor using tungsten diselenide and a sensing method using the same. The high-sensitive biosensor includes an active layer formed on a substrate and probe DNA formed on the active layer, and detects photoluminescence due to energy change occurring upon complementary binding between the probe DNA and target DNA. According to the present invention, a biosensor capable of high-sensitivity biosensing can be realized by using the photoluminescence properties of single layer WSe2, which is a p-type semiconductor material.
