CT IMAGE DATABASE-BASED CARDIAC IMAGE SEGMENTATION METHOD AND AN APPARATUS THEREOF

摘要

A method for segmenting a cardiac image based on a computed tomography (CT) image database is suggested. The method includes a step of building the database of the whole periodic images of a heart photographed by a retrospective gating technique; a step of generating a cardiac image segmentation prediction model by deep learning based machine learning of the constructed database; and a step of applying the cardiac image segmentation prediction model to the cardiac image captured by the prospective gating technique to acquire the whole periodic image of the heart.
