The present invention relates to a composition including indole-3-acetic acid for photodynamic diagnosis or treatment. A pH sensitive block copolymer (poly (aspartic acid-grafted-imidazole) polyethylene glycol) is manufactured by grafting imidazole into poly (aspartic acid)-polyethylene glycol, and then, a medicine deliverer composition having a micelle structure is manufactured by filling the block copolymer with indole-3-acetic acid. The composition forms a micelle structure at no less than pH 7.4 in reaction to a body pH change, and the micelle structure collapses in an acidulous cancer cell condition (pH 6.5 to pH 7.2), and thus, the delivery and discharge of a target medicine to a cancer cell are controlled to improve cancer treatment efficacy. Moreover, as the indole-3-acetic acid in the composition produces more free radicals under visible light, cytotoxicity is selectively caused to a cancer cell to induce apoptosis, and thus, the composition is able to be used for photodynamic treatment. Thus, the composition containing indole-3-acetic acid is able to be used for a pharmaceutical composition for photodynamic treatment, a pharmaceutical composition for pharmaceutical treatment on cancer, or a pharmaceutical composition for photodynamic diagnosis, and also, the composition is able to be used for the development of medicines for diagnosing and treating a lesion of which extracellular pH is acidulous.
