The present invention relates to an online education system for reinforcing non-curriculum convergence competence which can develop students into convergence and practical-type human resources. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the online education system for reinforcing non-curriculum convergence competence comprises: a student terminal; a manager terminal; a system server linked to the student terminal and the manager terminal; and a communication unit which enables the student terminal and the manager terminal to be linked to the system server. The system server comprises: a database which stores major information; a demand investigation unit which stores demand information for each major into a database; a field selection unit which stores open lecture information into a database; a lecture enrollment unit which stores the generated lecture enrollment information into a database; an education participation unit which receives education participation content information from the student terminal and stores the same in the database; an evaluation unit which stores evaluation information in the database; and a linking unit which provides employment or business start-up information to the student terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
