The present invention relates to a composite for an eco-friendly lightweight food container that can be biodegradable, which comprises: 75-85 wt% of a main material selecting at least one of rice bran, barley bran, wheat bran, ear corn powder, and sugar cane powder in a fineness 130-140 mesh range with respect to the total weight of a food container; 5-15 wt% of paste; 4.5-6.5 wt% of purified water; 1-3 wt% of a waterproof agent; and 0.3-0.7 wt% of an oil proof agent. The food container is manufactured by waste such as a husk of grain as a material not to erupt endocrine disruptors, and is lightweight. Moreover, the food container has excellent biodegradable characteristics, and a manufacturing process of the food container is simple to manufacture the food container in a short time. Costs to manufacture the food container are reduced to provide excellent economic feasibility by price competitiveness of a product.
