The present invention relates to a system for managing a production history of a standard plastic garbage bag comprising: a production unit for printing a QR code on a standard plastic garbage bag, scanning the printed QR code, and transmitting information on the standard plastic garbage bag printed with the QR code; a server connected to the production unit through a network communication for storing QR code information based on information received from the production unit, authenticating the standard plastic garbage bag as a genuine product based on the stored QR code information, and storing the information on the authenticated standard plastic garbage bag; and a user terminal connected to the server through a network communication for checking whether the standard plastic garbage bag is forged from the QR code information printed on the standard plastic garbage bag.
