The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a bollard cover, a bollard cover with a bollard cover body constructed by the same, and a bollard with a post of a column form and a base for fixing the post on the ground coupled to the bollard cover which perform heater heating on a portion forming an inner side of a tubular extrusion object by an extrusion molding die to allow the inner side of the tubular extrusion object to pass through the forming die at a higher temperature than an outer side, and supply air into a material of a pipe shape discharged by passing through the forming die to maintain the pressure of a space in the tubular extrusion object at an atmospheric pressure or higher to maintain the shape of the tubular extrusion object in a step prior to cooling. The bollard cover includes a cover lid, and a light emitting device which includes a light guide plate mounted on the cover lid, a light emitting body, an electric condenser as a power source to supply electricity to the light emitting body, and a solar cell to charge the electric condenser, and emits a light of the light emitting body on a side of the light guide plate to discharge the light through a surface of the light guide plate exposed to the outside to display a signal or information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
