Disclosed are a space-time indexing method based on a driver maneuver and a driver evaluation method using the same. The space-time indexing method based on a driver maneuver comprises: a step of collecting data related to a yaw rate, an accelerator strength, a brake strength, a gear location, a 3-axis accelerometer value, and a GPS location through an interface of at least one of an on-board diagnosing apparatus installed in a vehicle and a user terminal; a step of converting the collected data into a maneuver sequence of the driver; and a step of indexing the maneuver sequence in accordance with location and time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
