BIM Method for automatically regulating for building safety and maintenance using building information modeling

The present invention provides a method for automatically checking regulations on building safety and maintenance using BIM that review of regulations on building safety and maintenance is automated between an executive department, an owner of a building, and an inspector. The method comprises the steps of: (a) identifying an owner terminal (200); (b) transmitting an inspection target notice; (c) confirming an inspector terminal (300); (d) transmitting the inspection target notice and an inspection request document; (e) receiving a building information file (IFC); (f) extracting attributes and numerical values from extracted law; and (g) generating an inspection result.
