The present invention relates to a method of evaluating effects of a sepsis treatment agent. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method which causes sepsis in a medium-sized animal as a 2-hit model, to further reinforce a disease development and control aspects of sepsis, and thus can evaluate the effects of a sepsis treatment agent candidate material as similarly as the effects in a human. Also, the method of the present invention enables antemortem exams such as continuous blood sampling and biopsy. Further, similar to a person′s APACHE score, an organ damage scoring system for quantitative evaluation of a disease exists, and thus, the level of organ damage after inducing a disease model may be quantitatively evaluated.
