MULTI-LAYERED ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE HAVING CONDUCTIVE FABRIC AND PREPARATION THEREOF

Disclosed is a multilayer anisotropic conductive adhesive comprising an upper conductive adhesive layer, a conductive fabric layer having two surfaces, and a lower conductive adhesive layer. According to the present invention, one surface of the conductive fabric layer is plated by metal and a total thickness of the multilayer anisotropic conductive adhesive is 40 to 60 μm. In application to a flexible printed circuit, a reinforcement part formed by stacking the multilayer anisotropic conductive adhesive, and a steel or polyimide type reinforcement effectively prevents deformation of an installation part caused by twisting, and guarantees excellent hole filling, direct earth effect, and shielding properties. Accordingly, the multilayer anisotropic conductive adhesive provides excellent electric characteristics, excellent bonding strength, excellent tin welding, reliability, and flame retardant properties.
