A method for manufacturing housefly larva extract is to manufacture a housefly larvae extract having an activity of promoting skin cell neoplasia, wherein the method comprises the following steps: providing a housefly larva sample; immersing the housefly larvae sample in phosphate buffered saline and making ultrasonic vibration to obtain the housefly larvae extract; centrifuging the housefly larvae extract to obtain a housefly larvae extract supernatant; and drying the housefly larvae extract supernatant. The present invention also relates to the housefly larvae extract obtained by the manufacturing method and to uses of the housefly larvae extract.
