The present invention relates to an underground structure verticality management technology through GPS real-time dynamic observation, accurately recognizing an installation position of an underground structure through GPS real-time dynamic observation when an underground structure is installed in a vertical shaft. To this end, the present invention comprises: a cylindrical wall having a plurality of corrugated steel sheets enabling a cross-sectional surface to have a waveform; a reinforcement member surrounding an upper portion of the cylindrical wall to be coupled; a reinforcement connection member coupled to the inside of the reinforcement member; and wall interval control device connected to an upper portion of the reinforcement connection member to control the interval between the cylindrical wall and the vertical shaft through length control based on a rotational shaft.
