The present invention relates to a counseling system based on text using a responsive web, a method thereof and a computer readable medium having computer program recorded therein. That is, the present invention provides a counseling application between a terminal held by a customer and an affiliate terminal related to a store in a responsive web manner and provides additional information in consideration of the environment of a terminal user at the affiliate terminal during a text counseling process, thereby increasing the efficiency of counseling and minimizing the inconvenience or complaint of the user.
