According to the present invention, a mooring vessel supervision and real-time reservation service module in leisure vessel operation is for a reservation service for leisure vessel supervision and reservation management of vessels, and comprises: a mooring station operating unit detecting whether or not an anchor according to incoming and outgoing ports of a vessel is detected through a vessel detection sensor for detecting vessel mooring information of a marina harbor mooring station, and identifying a vessel location and facility information of the port to manage the identified location and information and operate the corresponding information; an incoming/outgoing processing engine unit processing vessel information related to all of the incoming and outgoing of vessels including sailing information (full sailing schedule), departure information, arrival information, reservation information, and check information of the vessel by analyzing the ship identification and management information obtained by the mooring station operation unit; a central terminal collecting and storing the information obtained from the incoming/outgoing processing engine that processes operation information about the vessel acquired by the mooring station operation unit, and all of the incoming/outgoing of the vessel; a service unit managing information on a voyage schedule of the vessel, receiving vessel information managed by the incoming/outgoing processing engine unit, and matching the vessel reservation information received through the central terminal to provide a service for vessel reservation of a customer; and a management terminal acquiring a user time zone of the vessel used by the customer by using the incoming/outgoing processing engine, and receiving a users payment means (credit card, cash, etc.) to settle the cost for using the vessel.
