The present invention relates to a call connection process for one-to-one communication in a tactical wireless ad-hoc network. According to the present invention, a session initiation protocol (SIP) technique in a tactical wireless ad-hoc network comprises the steps of: (a) transmitting an invite message to set a call connection from a first terminal to a second terminal; and (b) transmitting an ACK message from the first terminal to the second terminal to set the call connection between the first and second terminals by receiving a response message for the invite message from the second terminal to the first terminal within a preset period of time. Each of the first and second terminals can operate a preset timer after transmitting the message.
