The present invention relates to an UV disinfection system. More specifically, the present invention relates to an UV disinfection system of a wastewater purification facility which maintains an original shape of a drainage channel in which water is discharged and automatically adjusts a level and a flow rate of the water according to an amount of the discharged water, thereby enabling safe disinfection discharging at all times. Also, the safe disinfection can be possible at all times by enabling to adjust a setting level according to automatic adjustment of a fresh water amount. In addition, complete drainage can be possible during maintenance of a facility, thereby conveniently performing maintenance of the facility. The UV disinfection system of a wastewater purification facility comprises: an UV sterilizer (100); a level adjusting part (200); an ultrasonic water gauge (300); and a control part (400).
