The present invention relates to a novel STx2e epitope protein and to a vaccine composition comprising the same. The recombinant epitope protein isolated from Stx2e secreted by Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) according to the present invention has no cytotoxicity, and has an excellent effect of producing an antibody having neutralization ability against Stx2e, thereby being usefully used as a composition for vaccine and feed for preventing edema disease of swine.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
