摘要

Disclosed is an immune-boosting composition using a pepsin-treated product of Porphyra yezoensis. The immune-boosting composition does not cause cytotoxicity to mouse peripheral immune cells while promoting proliferation thereof, significantly increases the number of mouse macrophages, and also significantly promotes secretion of interleukin 10 (IL-10) as Th2 cytokine and interferon-gamma as Th1 cytokine involved in differentiation and proliferation of T cells.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
