The present invention relates to a three-dimensional structure and a method for manufacturing the same, which can facilitate cell culture and tissue regeneration by utilizing cellulose nanofiber harmless to a human body. The cellulose nanofiber three-dimensional structure according to the present invention can stably and uniformly encapsulate cells. In addition, since the present invention has pores of uniform size, the present invention exhibits excellent permeability to nutrients and oxygen, and can lead to continuous cell growth and differentiation. Therefore, the cellulose nanofiber three-dimensional structure can be applied to various tissue engineering fields such as cell culture or tissue regeneration.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
