The present invention relates to an anti-corruption personnel system for government power. More specifically, an administrative department is established under a court, an authority in production and management of presidential records is guaranteed by a law, a centralized personnel authority is distributed to a president, and a right of recommendation of a public prosecutor general candidate and a civil affair presidential candidate is applied to an opposition party.
