Provided are an air rescue fire fighter truck and a method for controlling the same, wherein a vehicle is parked in various positions, and destruction and waterproofing are possible. The air rescue fire fighter truck comprises: a vehicle; an air mass stand horizontally and rotationally installed in the vehicle; a flexible boom of which a dead end at one side is vertically and rotationally installed in the air mass stand; an extending boom installed in a dead end at the other side of the flexible boom while leaving a predetermined distance; a turning connection device connecting the extending boom and the flexible boom, and turning the extending boom about an axial line of the flexible boom; a bending boom of which a dead end at one side is vertically and rotationally coupled to an end portion of the extending boom; a waterproofing nozzle rotationally coupled to an end portion at the other side of the bending boom, and installed to destruct a destruction unit; and a waterproofing pipe forming a transfer path in which fire water is transferred between an end portion at one side of the flexible boom and the waterproofing nozzle.
