The present invention relates to a method for measuring decontamination efficiency of a chemical warfare agent. The present invention comprises the steps of: decontaminating an object contaminated by the chemical warfare agent with a first decontamination agent and a second decontamination agent; analyzing vapor discharged from the contaminated object by a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer; and calculating the decontamination efficiency by using an analysis result from the analysis step of the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer. In the analysis step of the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer, the vapor is the chemical warfare agent not decomposed by the mixture and the decomposition compound of the chemical warfare agent, and in the step of calculating the decontamination efficiency, the decontamination efficiency is calculated by mathematical formula 1, decontamination efficiency (%) = A*(x)+B. In mathematical formula 1, A and B are a constant corresponding to the chemical warfare agent and the contaminated object, respectively, and x is a value resulted from division of area of the decomposition compound of the chemical warfare agent, which is analyzed by the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer, by area of the chemical warfare agent not decomposed by the mixture. The present invention is able to quickly measure decontamination efficiency.
