The present invention relates to an ornamental wind-bell capable of continuing sound, the wind-bell comprising a decoration plate (10) attached to or hung from a door or wall; an elastic member (20) engaged to a front surface of the decoration plate and tapered toward the outside; a wind-bell (30) having a bell ringing ram (32); and a connecting member (40) for connecting the wind-bell (30) to an outer end of the elastic member (20) to be hung by a self-weight, and engaged to the bell ringing ram (32) in the wind-bell, so that the bell ringing ram strikes the wing-bell due to motion of the wind-bell caused by an external impact or vibration to generate sound. The bell ringing ram (32) engaged to the connecting member (40) has a latch ring (100) engaged to one end of the connecting member, a ram vibration spring (200) engaged to an outer circumference of the latch ring (100) at an upper end and tapered toward a downward direction from the outer circumference of the latch ring, and a ram (300) engaged to a lower end of the ram vibration spring (200) to continuously strike the wind-bell by irregular vibration of the ram vibration spring.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
