The present invention provides a skull implantable automatic drainage device, comprising: a main body having a first port for connection with the catheter, a second port opposite to the first port, and a flow passage connecting the first port and the second port; a separating member for separating the flow passage into first and second sub flow paths; a first check valve fixed to the separating member and arranged to allow, in the first sub path, a movement of fluid moving from the first port to the second port; and a second check valve fixed to the separating member and arranged to allow, in the second sub path, the movement of the fluid moving from the second port to the first port. Each of the first check valve and the second check valve is provided so as to have an inner cross sectional area that is smaller along the permissible flow direction of the fluid and the allowable opening pressures of the first check valve and the second check valve are set to be different from each other.
